Lollipop Chicken Wings

10 lb. Chicken Wings
2 Cups Sambal Oelek Chili Sauce
1 Cup Soy Sauce
1 lb. Brown Sugar
1 Cup Rice Wine
Optional Korean BBQ Sauce

Procedure

1. Brine chicken wings in sambal oelek chili sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar and rice wine overnight.

2. Bake chicken wings at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until cooked 90%.

3.Deep fry chicken wings until golden brown.

4.Toss chicken wings in Korean BBQ sauce.

5. Enjoy !
